FAQ
Business broadband questions.
What does 99.99% achieved uptime mean?
The network consistently achieves 99.99% uptime or better, meaning no more than 52 minutes of downtime per year in practice. For guaranteed uptime with service credits, consider a leased line, which includes a 99.99% uptime SLA.
Can I have multiple static IPs?
Yes. Every business plan includes one static IPv4 and a /48 IPv6 block. You can add a /29 block (five usable IPv4 addresses) for a small monthly charge, or contact us for larger allocations.
Do you support multi-site businesses?
Absolutely. We can provide connectivity across multiple sites with centralised management, site-to-site VPNs and consolidated billing. Contact the business team to discuss your requirements.
What is the difference between business broadband and a leased line?
Business broadband uses shared fibre infrastructure (FTTP), which is cost-effective and fast. A leased line provides a dedicated, uncontended connection with guaranteed bandwidth and a 99.99% SLA. Choose business broadband for most offices; leased lines for mission-critical operations.
